Maintains records for the life systems; performs building services maintenance, as requested.
Installs fire and security systems.
Responsible for all locations owned or operated by Madill Hospital.
Maintains boilers and equipment to see the efficient operations are maintained on a daily basis Maintains and inspects, tests and repair electrical lighting, power circuits and equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
Repairs and maintains all plumbing lines, fittings and fixtures.
Performsmaintenance duties, to include carpentry and pairing.
