- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage scheduling to meet patient needs.
- Conduct regular meetings with nursing staff to address concerns, provide updates, and promote a positive work environment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Valid nursing license in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing leadership roles, preferably in a Medicare-certified facility.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks.
- Proven ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions.
